Dunno, but I just spent ANOTHER hour with tech support telling me over and over "Let me check my specialists" then coming back to ask me to do the same things that I had already done the LAST THREE TIMES I talked with them... >☹️

- 8 years agoUninstall, and reinstall.
Clean boot.
Turn off Cloud saving, delete your folder in documents and restart.
Try different keyoards and mice.
Try different USB ports.
make sure drivers are current.
Delete and reinstall drivers.
Turn off AV.
Every single time the same stuff.
And I did much more to no avail. Uninstall video drivers and reinstall etc.
Oddly I just picked up Assasins Creed Black Sails and I am having the same issue with it.
Battlefront 1 runs fine.- 8 years ago
In the other topic somebody had issues with Teamviewer being on so be sure to check if you have any software running.
If the game runs after a clean boot it's definitely another program that messes with it:

- 8 years agoNo difference with a clean boot. This rig is purely for gaming so no TeamViewer.
