Summarize your bug When I logged-in on my account today I realized that all my levels (all classes, including heroes) were significantly reduced. For example - the assault soldier was reduced from max (!) to lvl 1. However, all sky cards I earned remained, apparently only levels of all classes have been reset.. Yesterday (11/03/2020) all was correct.

What happens when the bug occurs? It's not a in-game bug.

Summarize your bug all of a sudden all my characters' levels went to 37 for heroes and 69 for troopers, I don't know how to get my levels back.

I have played this game for a long time and this has never happened to me and when i'm playing with others their levels don't seem to be affected. My levels all reverted to the level where I have obtained all the star cards no higher. Please help me out thanks.
