Hello there, troopers! The back end update is live and corrects the stat loss issue that some players had experienced in Star Wars: Battlefront II.

@1234tree4321The things we know so far:
1. This issue affects multiple players, so it's not a local problem.
2. It occurs in multiple patforms (PC, PS4, etc.), so it's a server problem.
3. Star cards remain, so the missing data isn't storaged in the same server (or compartment, or whatever) than our level progression. Otherwise all our characters would be at level 1 now, and that's not the case.
4. The issue works the same for all of us. For example, all maxed heroes back to level 37 exactly (not 100 or 1, or whatever). So this issue is not account related. It's not specifically your account or mine which is not working well.
5. Being all this said, if they fix whatever this issue is, we all should get back to normality, except for the further progress we might have achieved after this bug (I think we are going to lose that for sure). If the data is corrupted and not recoverable, I would appreciate some good compensation from EA. Otherwise, I wish them good luck finding other fools to buy the next game they release...

Same thing happened to me. I had 4 max hero’s and I was working on 4 more. This needs to be resolved.
