Summarize your bug Ground not rendering correctly when installed on Hard Drive. The problem does not occur when installed on my SSD which is my system drive.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Occurs on any large outdoor map.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ground does not render correctly. Textures appear doubled or muddy.
What do you expect to see? Correctly rendered textures.

Ground not rendering correctly on PC. Here is a pic of what I mean https://i.imgur.com/HxLhwAV.png . I found this only happens when the game is installed on my hard drive (E: Game drive) and not on my SSD (C: System/OS drive). This is really distracting and I don't want to install on my SSD cause of the install size. I am on max settings with DX11.
