Progression Is Reset [Resolved]

Hi, this is a serious issue. I have played the game since launch and every time I start a multiplayer match all my progress is lost! What the heck? All my star cards are gone and nothing is available for me.

When I quit back to the main menu, all my cards are there. This is ludicrous, I can’t even play the game!

Hello,

We are aware of an issue that leads players to lose visibility to their progression. We are currently investigating and will update you as soon as we have more info.

EDIT: This appears to be resolved now. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues.

Having a slightly different issue, in that all of my Arcade, Campaign, and milestone progress for each of them has been lost. I had completed the Campaign and all the Battle Scenarios up to three stars, for them both to now show me that I haven't even played them. Not going to continue with the game until my progression is back or until it can be pretty much guaranteed that this won't happen again.

Yes, this is happening to a few people I can tell. I'm not sure why this is labeled [Resolved].

@melechlev14 This thread was for a much more widespread case where progression was hidden for everyone, as opposed to the much smaller-scale reports of what you're experiencing. I'll close the thread as the main issue that was reported is now resolved.
