    Hey @210xgx39zqao, @reeceschembri123, @Seanfcb102000, @rjyoung01386, @VT_Lance34 the STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II: Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition content is only on the main account that have done the order or have been redeemed on, and is not shared with rest of the accounts on the Xbox or PlayStation, It is working as intended.

    Its working the same if you are FIFA player that you only get the pack/points content on the account that redeemed the code or order the game on. 

    I hope this clarifies up the question you guys are having. 🙂

Hi guys,

Got the issue that my PS4 deluxe content was not appearing in the crates as should be. To resolve that, I have raised the issue at this link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=star-wars-battlefront-ii. Then I started a chat with an EA advisor. After explaining the issue, he asked me  to provide him some images as the proof of purchase so that he could investigate further. The details about these images can be found at https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/. Once I attached these images to my case following the explanations given at https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/how-to-attach-a-file-to-your-ea-help-ticket/, the EA advisor told me that he had enough information for the issue to be resolved and, about 3 hours later, when I started the game, the crates were there!

Hope that helps some of you. Note that the procedure should work for other platforms than PS4. Just follow the links.
