I remember you used to get a similar bug before but this sounds slightly different to what I experienced back in I think it was December. @ClassicAqua274@ I would always suggest restoring licenses(by going to settings, accounts, restore licenses) as a possible fix. Definitely fixed a similar issue to the one described. If this doesn't work then over to EA/Dice for what is hopefully a quick fix.

I repet , I'm on xbox one and I don't know how to delete the cloud from the campaing ( that sad the PS4 players to do )

Oh I see. The original post is for PS4. You can use EA support they should be able to advise you on troubleshooting for xbox. I'm sure I've also seen some posts on here with troubleshooting steps for xbox but I can't remember where, sorry.
