PS4 celebration edition and ea account not working

Hi I don't have ps+ if that matters, whenever I go to play a singleplayer game mode all of the skins that should be included in celebration edition aren't there (I checked, it shows as purchased). Also whenever I try to sign into my EA account after I put in the email address it is just stuck on a a loading screen forever. Any help very much appreciated
