PS4 Game Won't Install

I have had the game since Tuesday trying to get it installed on my PS4. There is just a pause button on the game when I try to install it. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling and same thing happens. I've let it sit for hours and nothing happens. No clue what to do now. Plenty of room on 500g PS4.

Hey jeffbgoofy - I got a response from PS UK on Twitter. They suggested re-starting my PS4 in safe mode to see if that would help with the install. So far so good. Have a look at this;

SAME thing on Jan 12, 2019. CLEANED DISC to SOLVE
While trying to download, it would fail every time at 52.03m into the download. I noticed a very faint tiny circular ring on the underside. Cleaned thoroughly to solve the problem
Next I took it to a buddie's shop and we sand-blasted the disc to remove any other imperfections..................the disc didnt work after that............(grin)

So I bought modern warfare on the store and my PlayStation was having problems like a month ago it wasn’t letting me do anything and I factory reset my PlayStation but now it won’t let me download modern warfare I have more then enough space I’ve been trying for like a month and a half and it will not download I’ve tried restoring my licenses I’ve rebuilt the data base who knows how many times I’ve factory reset it multiple times and the game will not down load what do I do
