If anyone is still having trouble I was able to fix mine by powering off the console for 2 minutes and installing without being connected to the internet.
No dice, pretty sure it’s a faulty disc.
mine’s a digital download and i’ve been stuck on 39% all day. i’ve restarted the ps4 multiple times to no avail. i’m trying the turn off for two minutes thing to see if that works and completely disconnecting it from the internet. i hope it works bc it’s really upsetting. i even tried connecting a LAN cable but my ps4 won’t recognize it.
