Go to Options > EA Account > Turn OFF the Share Data toggle (should be the first one)
I don't know if this will work for everyone but I haven't had lag since I turned it off. You might have to restart the game after you turn it off for it to take effect.

- Still having major lagging issues after the update.With 130mg & 5/7 pin internet fiber connection is not the problem.Pls fix ASAP it make the game unplayable and I really like it,they make a wonderful job with this game on Star Wars universe and I really want enjoi the game to fullest but with lagging thing is impossible.
