PS5 Data Transfer - Help!
Hi everyone,
I set up my new PS5 last night and did a transfer of data from my PS4 to my PS5. I thought it was going well, until when I put in my Battlefront 2 disc, nothing is there.
I’m on my account on the PS5 but I can’t seem to see an option to log into my EA account anywhere?
I’ve tried to log back into my PS4 but when I try that, I get a message saying this account belongs to another user (who is me)!
I honestly hope I haven’t lost years of gaming data and points etc.
Also worth noting, when I’m clicking on anything PlayStation plus, it’s telling me I need to purchase it again when I already have a subscription which I paid for not too long ago (49.99). Help!

Your issue is an account issue rather than a Star Wars Battlefront II issue. So, you'll be better off posting in the General EA sub-forum. I see multiple posts there that may help you.
