Summarize your bug Ranked up to level 50 weeks ago and the achievement still says I'm at 98 percent complete, reinstalling did not help nor did clearing the cache or hard reset (Xbox one)

I doubt that the probleme comes from Microsoft an Sony ; it would be a strange coincidence that the same bug arrives simultanouesly at the same moment (after the last update of EA !) on Xbox and on PS4 !

What happens when the bug occurs? I reached rank 50 during a match, but the trophy didn't pop. Either the Platinum one because rank 50 was my last trophy.
What do you expect to see? “The Force is Strong with This One” trophy unlocked and Platinum trophy unlocked.

I'm so disappointed about the situation. I spent almost ten year creating a psn profile with the platinum trophy achieved for every single game on my list an now after a huge amount of hours on this game (brought at day 1) this bug prevent me from achieving the platinum trophy and ruined all my sacrifices. I'm a huge fan of this game (battlefield, battlefront) and I've always give my support by playing and buying seasons pass of you game, if the problem won't be fixed I'll never and ever will buy one of your game anymore and I will start a negative campaign towards you.

This kind of problem occurred other games in my experience but company always give a patch to solve the problem, so we have the evidence that this kind of issues can be fixed, do not joke us. Please!

Summarize your bug The 'There has been an awakening' Trophy (Reach Level 25) isn't unlocking despite the fact that I'm now at level 26... I know many have claimed the problem would go upon reaching level 26 however despite this the trophy still didn't unlock for me, I believe the 2 trophies related to Rank 25 & 50 have been quite buggy as of the latest patch.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Patch the game so that the players at (and above) the ranking needed to gain the trophy/achievement gain it upon starting the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The trophy doesn't pop up.

Why is my platinum trophy not unlocking? I reached level 50 and nothing is happening!!! Even with new update!

Here is my technical Issue: When I hit rank 50, I was expecting to get the achievement for reaching rank 50. My achievement progress is stuck at 98% and I am rank 50. These are shown in the screenshot. My final match played before leveling up to level 50 was Heroes Vs. Villains on the Villains side as Iden Versio on Kashyyyk. my team won the match.

How often does this happen? Often (I'd say 50% - 99% of the time for players)

What time the technical issue happened: (HH:MM AM/PM) 05:40 AM

What game mode was I last playing when the technical issue happened: Heroes vs. Villains

What is my time zone? PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)

Steps: How you can replicate this technical issue: Reach rank 50 in any mode (as far as I know). Heroes vs. Villains is the fastest mode for leveling up so that is what I played mostly. To encounter it the way I did, just play Heroes vs. Villains till you are rank 50 (or as the final match to get to rank 50) For more detailed information on recent unlock statistics, you can go to the TrueAchievements app on xbox one and find the related achievement. So far only 3 people have reported it unlocked on the app as of 3/21 (the progression update)

What happens when the technical issue occurs? No achievement will pop up. (I believe the achievement could pop mid-match as it may have for the rank 25 achievement. It has been a long time since I hit the rank for that achievement so I cannot say for sure if it pops up mid-match or post-match) I waited till the match was over and sent me to the screen where I can see how much class/profile exp I earned as well as showing the scoreboard (the post-game screen). I then waited another 30 seconds before backing out to the main menu to check my career where it showed my rank. It said 50. I opened up the achievement tracker (home button > Achievements > Next achievements) and the achievement was at 98%

How do I expect to see this post resolved/treated? I expect to see the achievement unlocked at some point in time and to be kept in touch with as updates become available. I also expect this to potentially be a way for xbox users specifically to report instances of this technical issue to show this is still a common issue affecting a lot of players.
