I have not had audio issues since updating to Windows 11 (months ago) for what its worth.

To me it sounds like either an audio driver or a physical connection.

My audio card provides multiple outputs for headphones. If yours is the same, try another output. Your port on the card my have coincidentally gone bad. (not likely, but possible)

What have you done to confirm its not the headphones? Have you tried another set, just to see what happens?

You say you reset Windows... reset to what?
