Hi! What I did was go to this path in File Explorer/Windows Explorer: C:\Users\username\Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II\settings, where 'username' is the name of your profile. Then, I opened these two files: 'BootOptions' and 'ProfileOptions_profile.' For each file, I opened them in Notepad. Then, in each file, I searched for the following strings, from the original poster:
GstRender.FullscreenEnabled
GstRender.FullscreenRefreshRate
GstRender.FullscreenScreen
GstRender.ResolutionHeight
GstRender.ResolutionWidth
GstRender.WindowBordersEnableI changed the above strings to the following values, in both 'BootOptions' and 'ProfileOptions_profile,' so that those strings matched between the two files:
GstRender.FullscreenEnabled 1
GstRender.FullscreenRefreshRate 60.000000
GstRender.FullscreenScreen 1
GstRender.ResolutionHeight 1080
GstRender.ResolutionWidth 1920
GstRender.WindowBordersEnable 0Then, I saved changes to each file and closed them. After that, when I ran Battlefront 2, it ran in fullscreen without borders.

basically for anyone that is reading this later:
if your game starts up but tabs out constantly even if you tab in it will automatically tab back out it is a conflict within the files.
if you go to the boot options in C:\Users\username\Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II\settings make sure your GstRender.WindowBordersEnable is at '0' and also make sure GstRender.FullscreenEnabled is at '1' so for the people that dont really understand here is a step by step version
go to: C:\Users\username\Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II\settings
then make sure in both 'boot options' and ProfileOptions_profile change value from '1' to '0' on GstRender.WindowBordersEnable
and on GstRender.FullscreenEnabled should make sure its value is on '1' i hope this helped. again i apologize for bad English
