Hey @A-TRAIN915  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

 

How to power cycle: 

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  4. Plug the console power cable back in.
  5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Hello community manager! I have had this problem before, but my hero ranks have been reset. I had all my saber heroes maxed on both sides and it took me a long time to do so. However they were reset to 37 and I have been trying to get them back to max ever since. I have regained quite a few levels with some but I would like my maxes back. It only affected the saber heroes. For some reason Anakin wasn’t affected. My user name is Lordofthehunt5 on Xbox. Thank you.

    hey yeah the same thing happened to me where all my hero levels and class levels have been reset, i have all the milestones completed but i all my heres are very low levels and all the cards are locked even though some heroes meet the required level
