@EA_Atic Have you found a solution to this? I have disabled all overlays, have no extra controllers, have uninstalled vJoy, repaired the game, and uninstalled/reinstalled. Also, I agree with OP. Having to uninstall or disable anything just to play the game is extremely disappointing.
@EA_Atic I have no overlays active. That was one of the first steps i took trying to solve this.

If you try to move the SWBF2 document folder to desktop and then start the game up does that help? @MrKabab @HyperNaCl

@EA_Atic Yeah it solved the issue. Is this the only work around or do I just have to hope for an update?

@MrKabab that should be one time thing to do and then works after.
Does it continue to happen?
/Atic I had the game on playstation and got it on pc today so I could play with friends. I'm having the same issue and am wondering how did you fix this problem?
- @Razors9363 Meo too, dont have any overlays on and have seemingly tried everything
What would moving the document folder to the desktop do? Is the document folder the main folder containing all the files? I am having this issue and have tried almost everything, but I don't have enough space on my C: drive (my desktop) to move all the files

Hey @Klucas221 it will be under C:\Users\(Windows account)\Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II
If you had an older install of the game old settings in the document folder can cause it.

I'm closing this thread to stop it being necroed.
If you have any issues with SWBF2 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
