You need a good cooler. I also reached 90 C on stock clock 4-4.3 Ghz i7-4790K. Theh I installed Cooler Master V8 GTS and with OC to 4.7 Ghz the max temp is 77 C. With this OC, I reduced the stuttering significantly, but not 100%.
