2) Go to Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II\settings folder and check BootOptions. I have experienced that patches may mess settings that prevent the game from launching like setting game resolution above your monitor specs, 0.00 refresh frequency and so on. Also DX12 is really wonky in the game, try set it to 0.

if this didn't work try to reinstall the game. If that doesn't work you can always try to run the game as an administrator. Also if you haven't tried you can try these steps in this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Game-won-t-launch/td-p/5408211
