I mean, you unlocked something 2 years ago, and decided to only get the rewards now? That's funny.

Well, onto the issue then: Milestone rewards have changed a lot in this meantime. I'm not used to them TBH, so can you tell me what they state as rewards?

Nowadays Milestones usually award you a Crate so you can get the rewards. You may already check your Crates Menu to see if you have them there. Even if you have hoarded countless Daily Crates and never opened them, these special crates always appear on top of the daily ones, at least from my experience. I have 287 Unopened Daily Crates, and whenever a milestone awars me a Crate, it comes on top of the daily ones, so it's easy to open them.

the rewards are mostly just 500 credits, but a few are victory poses and emotes, which are the ones which I care about. And I do remember milestones working differently earlier in the game’s release, but I never thought anything of it since most rewards now claimed automatically, and the only ones that I ever properly checked were trooper rewards when I was trying to get certain gun mods, so I just never realised that I had some unclaimed. Also, they do not show up as crates, as I opened all of the daily crates which I had accumulated awhile ago, and have no crates left anymore. I’m pretty sure the problem is that milestones worked differently when I first unlocked them and you had to claim the rewards manually, so now that it happens automatically, there is no way to do it myself.

And these emotes and victory poses can't be unlocked by spending credits? If they can I highly suggest doing that instead.
Considering you finished the milestones ages ago, never entered the game in the meantime, and only now you're trying to claim them, it isn't weird that after all the changes milestones went through, yours stayed in some sort of limbo and you won't be able to collect them. Considering the history of DICE with these milestones, I hardly believe they would look into this specific issue. Milestones keep bugging until nowadays, it's the most broken aspect of this game.
I hope you can manage to retrieve your awards in a different way.
Or else, as a last resort, try reaching EA help directly. Maybe with their powers they can find a solution specific to your case.

Okay thanks, I guess that does make the most sense as I have hundreds of thousands of credits just lying around like most people. I am kinda annoyed that it keeps my milestone progress down by about 5% lower than it should be, but I guess there isn’t much i can really do.
