Any reason why you think you should be able to buy crates with credits? AFAIK you can buy bundles with crystals, but TBH I have no idea where to do that as I got mine before they changed the system.

Bundle crates can't be bought with credits for quite a long time already, and you can't buy progression crates at all since early 2018.
