Re: can´t open the game

I have this same issue since the last update - though after playing around I've managed to get to the main menu by changing the scaling in the nvidia control panel to "No Scaling" (as suggested in previous fixes) but now crashes when I try to play any mode.

    I can't even get to the menu. i wonder is it just hardware issue or just the update messed up the game at some point? Repair or reinstalled didn't fix anything. You were still able to get to the menu but unable to play any mode ?

    Try …. look for the documents file in your Star Wars Battlefront 2 directory ….for some folks this is located on your C drive

    1) make a copy/backup of the BootOptions file (in case things go wrong and you can restore it later)

    2) Delete the BootOptions file

    3) Reboot and reload SWBF2

    It might work for you as it did for some others.

    There appear to be many, many variants on the PC front.
