Hi EA_Atic, well...for me...I only needed the correct star card level for the upgrade...and my class level 1 higher than the requirement. Will post pictures if it helps when I get to the next upgrade level. Based on all the posts I have read, looks like PC and Xbox are similar... but PS4 upgrade system is really wacked out. By the way...can you tell the developers they have an "off by one error" for the xbox for star card upgrades (class level)...but card level is fine.
