Could be some programs running in the background that are increasing the CPU, have you tried a clean boot yet? Try that and then immediately run Origin as administrator. Playing in windowed mode can help with performance too.

~~No programs were other than origin, or antivirus running in the background. I also played 2 MP games with lowest settings in window mode. Still fan speed was high noisy.~~
~~I had to install MSI afterburner and Riva tuner statistic to see for the changes. Will try the clean boot.~~
So the only way to get rid of that gpu overheating, speeding fan was switching to new GPU brought MSI RX 580 8 gb now no noise and can play with max settings.
Now game running well hope same does for the SW 3
