@EA_Atic I'm not sure if it will still be helpful. I ended up rolling back to my system to the previous restore point and it fixed the problem. I've also played SWBF2 several times since then and haven't had it repeat the problem. Since it happened, I just create a restore point before I play just in case it repeats itself.

If it is helpful, I can still upload a dxdiag and, to answer your questions, I do not typically run SWBF2 as admin and I am not running several desktops at the same time.
