Wow! Is this consistent like that? Even after reinstalling? Now that's something I've never heard of. If you can bring some footage that would be great.

I'd suggest starting a match and then hitting record. Show you have the mod equipped, and then spawn so you can zoom and show it won't work. Then respawn, deselect and then reselect the mod and spawn again to show it not working. If you still have patience, leave the match, search for another match, join, be sure the mod is equipped, spawn, and show it not working again, then you may stop recording and bring the video evidence here (or upload to youtube if it's too long and bring the link here). That will surely be enough.

This way it's easier to get dev's attention. They have many more bugs then they can handle for the rest of this game's lifetime.

I saw your footage, but I had forgotten there are no visual indications of when Dual Zoom mods are used, so we can't reach many conclusions from this footage. The button to trigger the different Zooms is the same as your Melee Button (I have no idea which is the default button for Melee, but you can check yours under Settings). I know this may sound too basic, but have you tried to use the button to toggle between the 2 zooms?

Ya, I tried to switch off buttons, using scroll wheel. I'm not sure what is happening. But it just wont zoom .... 

Wow that was it.. before I would just use my middle button for zoom. I don't know what changed. But thanks for your help!!!

I am having this same issue on the PC version, except I'm using a controller. The mouse wheel button works the Dual Zoom functionality as intended, using the melee button (Right Stick Click by default) while zoomed into my scope also works but ONLY in the Default Buttons layout mode.

As many pro players have recommended, I have seen NIGHT and DAY differences in my performance while using the Alternate Buttons layout and refuse to go back to the default layout.
On the console version of the game (I previously have played on PS4 for years) Alternate Buttons layout works perfectly, swapping the Roll/Crouch default (Circle) button with the Melee/Dual Zoom default (RS Click) button... However, on the PC version, using the Alternate Buttons layout ONLY swaps the Roll/Crouch functionality with the Melee functionality... while Dual Zoom remains bound to it's (RS Click) default.

In practice, this means that when aiming down your scope, the Melee button (which is now bound to Circle and SHOULD perform the Dual Zoom toggle whilst zoomed) now does nothing... which means the game DOES recognize that you are aiming and it needs to disable the Melee action... but fails to recognize that it should instead switch to the Dual Zoom action.
Instead, in order to trigger Dual Zoom, you STILL have to use it's original default (RS) button... which is now also bound to the Crouch/Roll action... an action that is still VERY much functional while zoomed down your sights.
So depending on whether you perform a quick or long press of the RS button, your character will toggle the Dual Zoom function AND either Crouch/Stand up or Dodge Roll SIMULTANEOUSLY... I don't have to tell you how much that breaks the game from a Specialist's gameplay perspective if you use the Alternate Buttons controller layout.

THIS. I can’t dual zoom while playing on alternative button controls on controller. Very frustrating. Did you find a workaround??
