Like I said, translations can be tricky, because after a short investigation, it turned out that this Star Card is called "Harsh Pull" in English 😞

But with that knowledge, I can finally send a report to our specialists 😃

I had the same problem when trying to upgrade a card. I was attempting to upgrade the Kylo Ren Resilience card to Rare. I tried multiple times, but never succeeded.

I have the same problem at the same Card

Whenever I try to use a skill point to upgrade one of my Kylo Ren's star cards, doesn't matter which one, a loading symbol shows up for about 30 seconds and then an error pops up saying "We couldn't complete your purchase. You have not been charged. Please try again later. Error Code: 1,608". This has been happening for a few days now and it's annoying. Also, just to clarify all my skill points for other heroes, classes, etc work fine.

Same issue for me.

PS4, current updates, cannot update Kylo Ren Solid Freeze from green to blue. one skill point available.  "We couldn't complete your purchase. You have not been charged, Please try again later. Error code: 1,608."

Haven't tried other cards as I don't want to waste the point. PSN is drzrider

Ataashi, thank-you for looking into this.

I can confirm that what you stated was the problem for me.

I was level 11 and trying to u/g from a green (lvl2) to a blue card (lvl3). Because my other two Kylo Ren cards were blue from before the progression update AND for some reason the game did not specifically block the upgrade as with other card upgrades, it was an easy mistake to make.

I thus leveled KR up from 11->12 and once at lvl 12 I was able to u/g the same card from green to blue.

Problem solved for me. I would encourage others to make sure they are not making the same mistake I made.

KR must be lvl12 to have blue cards. The real bug here is the game not blocking the card u/g due to level in the first place.

Our team will try to fix it in the game, so the option for a Star Card upgrade won't be available untill Kylo Ren reaches the required level.

I also cannot upgrade cards.and have lost 2 skill points,1 on assault and 1 trying to upgrade palpatine,any fixes?

Restart or reboot the game, have had this issue 3 times today and found the upgraded starcards have actually registered after doing this.

I have done that,still gone,but i tried upgrading chewie and bossk,and they worked.some weird bug this,thanks for advice @SnowmanHD
