Im also having the same problem with the rey and kylo crates, they just wont open for me, no idea why.

Can I ask if you've purchased the Deluxe Edition or just an upgrade to it? We've already received a few reports about an issue with opening mentioned crates, so I'd like to determine if it might be connected with your problem.

Any idea if this is planning on being fixed before the upcoming crate overhaul? Will we potentially lose the contents of these crates when updates are rolled out?

Hi, it’s not an upgrade as such, my friend gave me this code as a gift for the extras. It redeemed it ok but won’t open, no idea why
