Yeah, I remember this error when I played on PC. I even made a thread about this on the bug report section. You need to tap the "connect" button multiple times so it will work.

For now, this is the only way to be able to get past through this bug.

Maybe, after DICE finishes Battlefield 6, they will come back and fix this game, who knows.

But for now, like @TRlALON said, just click on the button "connect" as many times as you can until you are connected and it should work.
