  • Hi, thanks for responding. I've went through support and they sent me an email saying the account is good and some troubleshooting options, I've tried them all and it still doesn't work. I've tried logging in on my brother's Xbox and I still get the same message. The only thing I haven't tried is clearing saved data, but I hope it doesn't come to that.

    Also, a couple months ago I tried playing while my Xbox account was connected to a different EA account, and I lost my assault data but stopped playing after that, in case it helps. I've relinked it to this account 3 months ago. I've only ever played while my Xbox account linked to this account otherwise.
