Hi @MisterGarzok. I uninstalled and reinstalled the 32 and 64 bit versions of VC 2013 which was fine but when I went to uninstall VC 2015 I noticed it's not on my system. So I tried installing the 32 bit version first and I get this:
I also get the same error for the 64 bit version. So for some reason even though VC 2015 isn't installed it won't install because it thinks another version of it is already on there. I've looked and I've only got VC 2017, VC 2013, VC 2012 and earlier ones (all 32 and 64 bit) installed on my system. Could it be something I need to add or remove in Windows features? Thanks.

Hi, @RandomBinary0,
here are some links to download the different vcredist packs :
http://assiste.com/Visual_C++_Packages_redistribuables.html
https://www.malekal.com/visual-c-redistributable-package-a-quoi-sert-installer/
Normally for Windows 10, you must have the packs : 2010 /2012 / 2013/ 2015/ 2017
On my windows 10, I have the X86 and X64 packs:
2008/2010/2012/2013/2015 and I have no problem.Maybe if you uninstall / reinstall all the packs your problem can be solved but I'm not sure.
Keep us informed 🙂
Best Regards.

Result! I uninstalled x86 and x64 of VC 2017 so that it allowed me to install x86 and x64 of VC 2015 and the problem is now gone. Both the Origin error and the game error are no longer there and the game plays great. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
