I have a similar issue with a Logitech RGB mouse.
If I press the Windows key on the keyboard, it resets.
Uninstalling the software isn't going to do anything for you. In fact, its sure not to work then.
I asked on the forum as well and a user posted a fix which worked for me

I initially had a similar (at launch of game) problem with my key binding on my RAZER mouse and Keyboard (with the lighting). Turns out i have to keep the RAZER Synapse program running in the background in order for my mouse and lighting effects to work.
