guys, i figured it out. Of course ea won't give you anything for free, so if you want to change language, you have to buy celebration edition...

Nope CE still doesn't let you change language.
- Lol! Still no change! It's such a basic feature. EA don't care... Price difference between EU version and RUssian like 1/4 of a euro (origin basic). It's laughable that EA forces this *
Yeah... no wonder that they r giving their games to steam right now. This kind of behaviour led EA to failure. They dont care about customer. They only care about money.
