I understand the feeling, but complaining here won't do much. This is a BUG report forum, try going to the main forum and complain there instead, I'm sure you'll find a crowd of discontent customers to back your complaint. Alas, most of what is posted there are complaints about the issues of this game.

    OK, this is Day 3 of this crap and nothing has changed.  There are still instances open that are stuck and the game keeps putting people into them.  I thought companies put out fixes for "game breaking" issues...apparently not.  This is broken for sure and we'll probably be waiting over a month for any fix for this, typical EA service.  Can't even get on the new content...no matter how lame it is.

    Really looking forward to 3 x XP in a mode so few of us are able to play right now.  How is that fix coming along?

    It's not possible to push a hotfix out to the community on ps4 in two days even when they fix it that fast. It's a lengthy process with thorough testing / QA and must go through Sony's system too. They have stated today that the hotfix is finished and is being tested so it can be released next week.

    There are regular updates coming out about hotfixes for this update on various EA staff twitter feeds check @BenWalke He put out a tweet on the 28th announcing the hotfix and is usually good at keeping the community informed
