Re: Missing First Order Victory Crate

: I opened a daily login crate, not the first order victory crate. It was there the previous night, I tried to open it, the game paused for like 20 secs then errored out and told me it could not open it and to try later. I then played some more rounds, after which it was no longer there and its never been back since. You told me the problem was fixed yesterday morning and to check, so I logged in and there was only a daily login crate there... Which I opened. That's all that occurred. So, I'm really confused why you're telling me I opened it when I only ever tried to once... And your game had a problem and wouldn't and told me to try again later.. Then it disappeared.

Edit: Atic showed me that when I opened it, it actually worked... Despite the error... And gave me the cards just the same. Thanks for the follow through.

#37471951 Is my case number they marked as solved, which is clearly not the case. I am on Xbox One X and have the reverse problem. Progress wasn’t updating, then it was, off and on etc. I pledged Resistance ainally earned the Finn Crate and Finn Epic Crate....but at the Crate screen I just got a first order Phasma Crate, please help! All files and records should be attached to my case number. Thanks!l, EA_Atic!

Hey @jedimaster2g It's a known issue and something we are working on. For the moment we don't have any information on when it will be fixed. But hopefully as soon as possible 🙂
