I wouldn't be surprised if it is an issue with the game, tbh, had some weird mouse issues in the first one. But I'm curious. Since it comes back after a set amount of time.. have you tried ctrl-shift-esc, More details and check if there's anything in Background Processes you don't need and can temporarily kill?

And disable all your aimbots, of course 😉 (j/k)
