I attached the dxdiag.
Only problem would be my i3-8100, but since SWB2 is the only game where i run into this problem i don't know for sure.

When playing is anything 100% in task-manger your CPU is just below the minimum requirements for SWBF2?

@EA_Atic total use is on 90-100% when playing, but SWBF has like 65+ when playing.

@Jarscovic there is a big difference from SWBF1 to 2. I would suggest to get a better CPU at this stage.
