Yet another Day 1 BUG never solved. I never bothered with this one as it usually lasta for not much time, and the stuck repetitive sound is more or less the same sound Palpatine produces when simply using anything he has, so even if the BUG is fixed, not much will change in audio effects (at least for agressive palpatines like myself).
