What unfortunate to hear that you're experiencing these issues with Star Wars Battlefront II.

It, unfortunately, seems like your PC does not meet the System requirements to run the game, as it needs at least an i5 processor (or equivalent): https://www.origin.com/store/star-wars/star-wars-battlefront-2#store-page-section-requirements

I believe the 9th generation i3 is more powerful than a 6th generation i5 - i.e. exceeds the "or equivalent" requirement. I can't imagine the game is specifically looking for "i5". Correct?

Hey @DarthFDG, unfortunately, while the 9th i3 generation can be more powerful in some situations, the chips are built differently and therefore it is possible that it is indeed the case that the i3 series is not supported.

Well that's good to know. I thought a newer i3 CPU would be able to meet the requirements of a older i5. Turns out, not really, I'll be thinking about a new CPU that can support the game sometime. Anyhow, thanks for the help!
