DX12 was already off, HDR was on auto. I set that to off as well but still having the issue. Attached to this should be my dxdiag. I also found a minidump from yesterday when I was told by a sibling the issue happened again. The error message and number from that were as follows:
ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The memory could not be %s.

The only thing I see in the DXDIAG is that your graphics driver is a bit out of date. While you should probably update that, I doubt this is your problem. The error message you included suggests there is a memory issue. Try running a memory test.
Yeah I had previously tried updating the driver but it didn't change anything. I ran the windows memory diagnostic but it said no issue was found.

Bummer.
I'm out of ideas at the moment.
Hopefully, someone else will think of something.

Hey @CATTERMEL0N seeing some issues there so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
Can you also try the game on a new Windows admin account to see what happens?
Let us know how you get on.
Darko Hey @EA_Darko, thanks for the suggestion. I had already tried system file checker but I did it again just in case. It said no issues were found. Then I tried your second suggestion of running the game in a brand new admin account. It still didn't work, but I did notice a few differences. One, when the game first launched a got a little popup from AMD Adrenalin saying image sharpening and something else were turned on. Then I noticed the game was a lot more jittery in match than normal and the screen would cut to black for just a second every once in a while. Like for example, every time I equipped a star card in the pre match my screen would cut to black for a second. And just to clarify, not turn off from what I could see, just cut to black.
EDIT: Just for clarification, I am still having the same screen turning off issue I was having before. I just have some new things happen in addition to that running the game in the new admin account

Hey @CATTERMEL0N I'd recommend going ahead and turning off anything related to AMD Adrenalin or any program such as it and then try the game again.
Darko Hey @EA_Darko, So I did a little research and it doesn't seem that amd adrenalin is necessary for anything to work correctly, so I went ahead and uninstalled it and reinstalled just the drivers per this reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/i96msu/how_to_uninstall_amd_software_but_keep_the_drivers/ .That way I could be sure it wasn't messing with anything. I tried running the game after that was done in the new admin account you had me create and I am still having the issue.

In that case @CATTERMEL0N the best thing to try is lowering all your settings and resolution and trying the game again.
Your GPU just meets minimum recommendations so it could be a bottleneck for your system.
Darko Hey @EA_Darko looks like that did the trick! Thank you so much for your help!
