Re: Ps4 Pro Single Player Campaign cut scene flicker and lag

Same.  HDR is turned on.  PS4 Pro, TV is Sony XBR X900E.

I'm also seeing significant flickering events in a number of cutscenes during the campaign.  The cutscene generally starts fine, but roughy 15 - 30 seconds in the images will rapidly fade to black and back again for, idk, 15 - 20 seconds before being resolved.  It definitely takes you right out of watching the content and makes you try to figure out what is wrong with the system. 

Additionally, the menus / cutscenes are overly bright with halos. My loading screens always dip in brightness for a few seconds right before the mission / multiplayer starts.
