Thanks for your visit to the forums & sorry to hear that you're having issues playing online with SWBF2 on the PS4.
Most of the time these kinds of issues are being caused by the following:
- You have signed in with an incorrect PSN ID where no EA-account is connected to
- You have indeed no PSN ID connected to your EA-account
- Your PSN Plus has expired
To make sure that everything account wise is all a-okay, I would recommend to reach out to our Live Support team via https://help.ea.com/contact-us via either Live Chat or Phone. Make sure that you mention your EA account and your PSN ID in that case, because it is very well possible that nothing is connected or that you're maybe signed into the wrong accounts.
