The original poster’s video obviously proves that the Epic Damaging Strike card is not inflicting the correct amount of damage. However, I just wanted to state that I also have this card at Epic level and have conducted similar tests to reach the same conclusion.
It takes a number of hours to earn enough crafting parts to upgrade a card to Epic. To find that that card is less effective than stated in the description is rather disappointing. Hopefully this can be fixed in the near future.
