Re: star wars battlefront 2 opened crates dont give reward

Hi there @EA_Atic @! Hope to find you all well. I just recently bought Battlefront 2 for PS4, not even a week old, and I'm getting the same issue described by other users, meaning new crates and a blank screen. I believe the game is fully updated (Celebration Edition) what should I do next? Thanks and safe gaming

I am having this issue and so is my friend on PC.  We purchased through EPIC but Orign is where the game defaults to.

Same here. All empty. PC Epic/Origin.

Whenever I open a crate in BattleFront 2 the card doesn't show, I just got the game a week ago. What should I do I've gotten like 15 crates but I dont want to open them because I dont know what they are.

Yes, it happened me right now...empty case.

My game is doing this currently when it does not load the rewards and I do not recieve them when I open the boxes, what do I do? @EA_Atic 

I own the celebration edition on Steam which goes through origin which is on PC @EA_Atic 

I am not sure what I am missing I haven't opened any crates because I don't wanna loose anything, is it because I have a celebration edition?

@EA_Atic it’s October 17 2021 and it still doesn’t show up, still does the same thing opens but doesn’t show or give the rewards. Please fix
