I preordered the deluxe edition from amazon. Called EA to ask for beta access per your help page and was informed that amazon is not on the participating retailer list so I cannot have access to the beta. This is not made clear in your linked help page. The help page makes it seem like all preorders are privy to the beta. Please carify WHICH RETAILERS are able to provide access to the beta as it is deceptive.
