This is probably caused by having Discord running an overlay on the game. Could you try to disable the in game overlays from discord and origin?
You can do it by going to Discord -> App settings -> Overlay -> and turning the overlay off
Good luck and please check in if this helped you! Also, is 16000 DPI not a bit too much? I usually play around 450 DPI. I have no way to change that but such a high sensitivity seems to make aiming harder (at least for me 🤔)
