Keep in mind that this is a user-driven forum. The Battlefront 2 developers won't read your comment. The EA presence on this forum are the community managers who aren't part of the Battlefront 2 development teams.

I would advise against that. Credit card chargebacks can get you permanently locked out of your Origin account and all associated games.
If you're no longer eligible for a refund, I suggest you post a detailed problem report with symptoms, attempted fixes and a dxdiag report so someone on this forum may be able to identify the issue and come up with a workaround. Your current description of the issue is somewhat vague. If you haven't already, you could also file a bug report in the appropriate forum.
