Reacquiring the preorder skins

So, I had to reset my EA account due to it not being linked to my PSN and the save file for BF2 was reset. This met I lost access to the preorder skins and I've been trying to get in contact with someone to out it back on my account. I sent two emails on EA Help and have not gotten a word back. Those emails included pictures of the game and code so if I can get some kind of feedback, that be appreciated.
