Haven't seen this with Vega56 although I don't play CS often. What are your graphics settings in-game ?
Whoops, sorry for the late reply. I'll post a screencap of my settings. It's 1440p 144hz Ultra HDR & dynamic resolution I believe.

I have the same problem with an Powercolor RX 5700XT and Ryzen 5 3600, have you found a solution yet?
