Those screenshots say your requests were resolved. What was noted in the ticket as the resolution?
- @DarthFDG Yes, the tickets say resolved. But if you noticed in other pictures. The purchased 59 TL product does not appear in the returns section, I cannot return it due to this problem. Thanks.
